Diving into The Word
Weekly Bible Study meets every Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Join us for an evening of prayer, scripture reflection, and deepening your spiritual understanding within our church family.
Fellowship and Supportive Community
We strive to be a light in Dayton by offering dedicated spaces for recovery and growth. Our Narcotic Anonymous (NA) meetings provide a sanctuary for healing, while our weekly food pantry ensures that no neighbor goes without. Through food and fellowship, we build bonds that strengthen our church and city.
Sanctuary Oversight
Our church leadership operates with a spirit of devotion and transparency. The Pastor's Aide and the board of deacons work in harmony to ensure the spiritual and physical well-being of our congregation, guiding the sanctuary with grace and wisdom.
Community Stewardship
Governance at Rising Star extends into the heart of Dayton. Our trustees and community committee manage our outreach programs, from NA meetings to food and fellowship events, ensuring our resources serve the mission of faith and service.
